A portal that saves you time and money
PartnerBydlení.cz is an online portal with a team of independent mortgage advisors who help clients find the best property financing solution. We're not a bank branch, nor a brokerage network tied to commissions from a single institution — we're independent advisors who act exclusively in the client's interest.
The project is led by Michal Kroh, director of Europoradenství, spol. s r.o. and a seasoned mortgage market expert with 25 years of experience. Together with a team of vetted advisors, we operate in most regions of the Czech Republic, so we can be as close to clients as possible — and help them in person, not just online.
We work with more than ten banks and assess every application individually. That's how we find solutions even for clients to whom a bank directly offers worse terms — or rejects them outright.
Michal Kroh
Company director and founder of the portal
Michal has been doing mortgage advisory for a quarter of a century. He started as a real estate agent, then moved into property financing, and today leads a team of advisors who share the same philosophy — fairness, independence and real help for the client.
Alongside running the project, he still works directly with his own clients. If you'd like to consult with him personally, you can book a meeting in Prague.
